The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff’s training, professional credentials and work experience.

Neil Salesky, DMD, MAGD, ICOI

Dr. Salesky is recognized as one of Connecticut Magazine’s Top Dentists. He takes approximately 2-3 days of continuing education a month and has received his Master’s Academy of General Dentistry degree (MAGD)- a continuing education degree in which less that one percent of general dentists participates. Besides being an extremely qualified dentist, he has an excellent and caring chair side manner. I am sure you will be very comfortable with him and his staff.

He is married, lives locally, has three wonderful daughters, started an animal rescue group. He is the proud owner of many rescue animals like dogs, chickens, turkeys, and reptiles. He also has many hobbies and interests including metal sculpting, tennis, bees, adventure races and running.

Dr. Salesky is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and is well trained in the latest dental techniques and technology including cosmetic dentistry, one visit root canals, and embraces drill-less dentistry in which many cavities can be filled without an injection. Dr. Salesky is also trained in Sedation Dentistry where you can have dentistry done comfortably and wake up to a more beautiful and healthy smile. He is also well skilled in dental implants, tooth whitening, nitrous oxide analgesia, cosmetic dentures, extractions, and other modern procedures and dental practices.

Dr. Salesky is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of General Dentistry, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the Connecticut State Dental Society, having received awards from these societies for his proficiency in dentistry

Reza Tabai, DDS, MA

Dr. Reza, originally from California, received his Bachelors degree at the University of California Berkeley and his Dental degree at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry in Manhattan. He moved to Connecticut in 2018 to enjoy a calmer, rural life. Dr. Reza excels in providing his patients with a comfortable, pain-free experience and calming those with dental anxiety. He is also amazing at doing complex root canal treatment. He has been practicing dentistry for over 9 years and takes much continuing education to provide his patients with the best care.

Dr. Reza also holds a Masters Degree in Dental Public Health from NYU College of Dentistry which emphasizes preventive medicine for populations at risk for disease or injury to the mouth and teeth.

He provides exceptional care to patients throughout the state while specializing in minimally invasive procedures that focus on preserving healthy tooth structure through innovative technologies.

He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General dentistry Mastership program, Academy of General Dentistry, and Connecticut State Dental Association. His professional interests emphasize oral surgery, endodontics, and esthetic dentistry. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, hiking and painting.

Shraddha A Marshall, DDS, MS

Dr. Shraddha Marshall is a caring, compassionate dentist who values each individuals needs and goes above and beyond to help her patients. Her approach to dentistry is based on quality of care, detailed work and providing services of longevity. Among her many talents, Dr. Marshall is fluent in seven languages, English being only one of them. She’s also a trained classical dancer, loves swimming and biking, but most of all, loves spending time with her family, especially her lovely daughter.

She has been working for over 11 years and is experienced in all areas of General Dentistry, which includes restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns and bridges), root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry, gingival (gum) and bone grafts, simple and surgical extractions including impacted wisdom teeth, surgical placement of implants with all types of implant dentistry, treating oral trauma and manipulation of lock jaw, along with oral and nitrous oxide sedation. She is competent in treating and caring for medically compromised patients as well.

Dr. Marshall has completed Mastery 1 program from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) and has received her Qualified Designated Dentist (QDD) Certification. School of Dental Medicine as an Associate Professor for 5 years teaching residents while also simultaneously working as a clinician.

Dr Marshall is a member of American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).

Pooja Palaksha, DMD, MPH

Dr. Pooja Palaksha is a dedicated and compassionate dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care. With a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from Boston University and Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree from University of Texas, Dr. Pooja brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice. Known for her gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Palaksha ensures that every patient receives personalized and comprehensive treatment. Whether it's pain-free dentistry, root canal therapy, implants, or cosmetic enhancements, Dr. Palaksha strives to make each visit comfortable and stress-free.

She is committed to ongoing professional development through continuing education courses and honing her skills. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD) and is committed to staying at the forefront of dental innovations. This dedication to professional growth allows her to provide the highest standard of care to her patients.

Outside of the office, Dr. Pooja enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking and visiting national parks. She is also a proud parent to a six-month-old daughter, cherishing quality time with her family. Her balance of professional excellence and personal interests enriches both her life and her practice.

Dr. Austin Breglia DDS

A Connecticut native originally from New Britain, obtained his Bachelors Degree in Health Science from the University of Connecticut. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland. After treating patients in Baltimore for 3 years he decided to move back home to Connecticut to continue his career closer to family and friends.

Dr. Austin is very talented dentist, with high technical ability. He enjoys crown, bridge, and veneer procedures to deliver patients the smiles of their dreams. To ensure his patients are painless and disease free, he is also exceptional with other modern procedures including root canals and surgical extractions. His calm and laid back demeanor helps patients who suffer from dental anxiety and helps to create a comfortable and even at times, playful environment.

Dr. Austin Breglia is a detail orientated dentist who finds passion in cosmetic dentistry. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to enhancing smiles, Dr. Austin focuses on treatments such as teeth whitening, veneers, and smile makeovers. His dedication to using the latest techniques and technologies in cosmetic dentistry ensures that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique goals. Dr. Austin is driven by a desire to help patients achieve their ideal smiles, blending artistry with dental expertise to create natural, beautiful results.

When Dr. Austin isn’t busy being a dedicated dentist he enjoys exercise, playing and watching sports, travel, eating at new restaurants and spending time with family.
